The Role

In this role, you own Superpower's financial operations and strategy as one connected system, not a back-office reporting function.

Payroll, AP/AR, financial planning, and board/investor reporting are built to scale with the business, not just keep pace with it. Every process you build is designed to stay tight as headcount, revenue, and complexity grow.

You work hands-on. You build the financial models, and turn raw data into the insights that shape company decisions on where to invest capital and resources. You operate directly alongside Operations, Product, Growth, and the executive team - e
