What you will do:
- Create, verify, and assign orders accurately in accordance with established procedures and fulfillment requirements;
- Coordinate with internal teams via instant messaging to support scheduling, reporting, and order fulfillment;
- Respond to internal and external queries regarding fulfillment operations, providing clear, timely, and empathetic communication;
- Track orders, monitor their status, and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely fulfillment;
- Identify and escalate delayed or at-risk orders to the relevant teams, following up to support their resolution.
