About the role
In the People Advisor role, you’ll work closely with the HRBP and wider People team to deliver a proactive, high-quality People service across Swap. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing practical guidance and support across employee relations, performance management, manager coaching and the wider employee lifecycle.
