In this role, you will be the architect of our transition from lab-scale innovation to global commercial reality, ensuring our ground-breaking NanoPixel technology reaches the hands of millions. Your role As Industrialisation Manager, you will lead the transition of our world-first holographic display chips from the lab to large-scale commercial availability.  You will oversee the industrialization of our NanoPixel technology, ensuring that our sub-wavelength diffractive optics can be manufactured reliably using standard 300mm CMOS processes at high yields.
