The Retail Technology Systems Engineer sits on the Retail Technology team and owns the configuration, stability, and security of the technology running in every sweetgreen restaurant, from POS and payments to kitchen displays, connected kitchen equipment, and Infinite Kitchen locations. This role delivers new capabilities through successful go-lives, serves as the technical escalation point for restaurant support teams, and contributes to the future state roadmap for our restaurant fleet.

- Implement, upgrade, and support restaurant technology across the fleet, including PAR Brink POS, PAR Payment Services card read
