Swing Education wins many of our district and charter partnerships through competitive RFP, RFI, and bid processes - and the proposal is where the case gets made. As our RFP Writer, you own that case from the moment an opportunity lands to the moment it's submitted: you help decide what's worth chasing, build the plan, write the story, and get it out the door on time and airtight.
As our RFP writer, you'll sit at the center of sales, product, operations, legal, and finance, turning Swing’s products and services into a proposal that stands out above the rest. You monitor our channels, create the winning stories, and run the day-to-day bid process with a manager on hand for more complex, high-stakes submissions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Find the opportunities worth winning. Monitor bid portals, procurement notices, and signals to catch relevant RFPs, RFIs, and bids as they release. Run go/no-go calls with leadership - weighing fit, competitive landscape, timeline, and win probability - so our effort goes where it counts. Log and triage everything coming in, especially through the spring
