Operations Manager

In this post, you will report to the Operations Lead and you will leverage your Operations Management experience to support our project delivery teams to deliver a portfolio of projects. We deliver software, IT infrastructure and broader business process solutions and as such you’ll need to be able to demonstrate credibility in this space.
Responsibilities include:
- Line manage and support delivery colleagues, including delivery line managers, through check-ins, objectives, development and routine people processes
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and team training for delivery roles
- Act as the first level of project escalation, escalating material risks to the Operations Lead
