About the role:
As a SharePoint & Information Management Analyst, you will work as part of our customer’s wider Information Management team, providing hands-on support across Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, with a particular focus on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. You will support the administration and day-to-day management of SharePoint sites, Teams, channels, permissions and external collaboration, helping ensure users can access and manage information effectively and securely.
Alongside the technical administration of these platforms, you will support the application of Information Management governance, retention, security and classification requirements. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will provide guidance, resolve information and access-related issues, and help ensure information is managed consistently in line with established policies and procedures.
