MISSION

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis and feasibility assessment of a major payroll transformation initiative within an international organization.

As a senior consultant, you will play a key role in a strategic payroll transformation project aimed at assessing the migration from an existing payroll platform to a modern cloud-based solution. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business and payroll requirements, thoroughly documenting current business processes and system architecture, and conducting a comprehensive Fit-Gap Analysis between the existing solution and the target platform.
