Fleet Purchasing Officer - Used Vehicles

Behind the scenes, we build and operate systems that manage vehicle sourcing, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping, and much more. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in used vehicle procurement, strong knowledge of the Saudi automotive market, and the ability to build long-term supplier relationships while securing quality vehicles at competitive prices.
Key Responsibilities
- Source used vehicles from fleet owners, leasing companies, corporate accounts, dealerships, and wholesale suppliers.
- Identify and develop new supplier relationships to expand the company's vehicle sourcing network.
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from identifying potential vehicles to price negotiation, purchase approval, and vehicle handover.
- Negotiate purchase prices and commercial terms to ensure competitive acquisition costs and target profitability.
- Assess vehicle market value by analyzing current market prices, vehicle specifications, mileage, model year, condition, and resale potential.
