Field Service Engineer II - Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Symmetrio is partnering with a growing medical technology service organization to identify a Field Service Engineer II responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing critical medical equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced field service professional to join an organization focused on maximizing equipment uptime and ensuring healthcare providers have reliable access to the technology they depend on for patient treatment and diagnosis.
The Field Service Engineer II will perform on-site and in-house service, repair, maintenance, installation, and technical support for complex medical equipment and related systems. This individual will troubleshoot electronic, electromechanical, mechanical, software, PC, networking, and imaging-related issues while serving as a trusted technical resource for assigned customer accounts.
Working closely with customers, fellow Field Service Engineers, and internal technical teams, you will focus on quickly diagnosing equipment issues, minimizing downtime, and delivering a high level of customer service. This role is well suited for a technically strong engineer who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, working independently in the field, and developing long-term relationships with healthcare customers.
