Lead QA Engineer - AI & Test Automation (Workforce Management)

Symmetrio is recruiting a Lead QA Engineer – AI & Test Automation to support a large-scale enterprise workforce transformation initiative centered around a greenfield implementation of WorkForce Software and related operational systems. This role will lead end-to-end quality assurance efforts across workforce management, payroll-impacting workflows, scheduling operations, and enterprise integrations while driving a modern automation-first testing strategy focused on scalability, operational reliability, and successful enterprise deployment.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience supporting enterprise workforce management, with strong expertise in QA automation, integration testing, and workforce business process validation. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of complex workforce modules including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, workforce compliance, payroll integrations, and employee self-service functionality across a highly integrated enterprise environment.

This position requires a combination of technical QA leadership, workforce domain expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams, implementation partners, HR/payroll stakeholders, and business operations leaders throughout all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
