Client is creating real value for seniors which results in time savings and reduced stress for caregivers, and improved productivity and reduced absenteeism for employers.

Client is looking for individuals who are experienced in voice-specific AI-based systems. Our voice system provides personalize experiences to our elder customers by assisting them in arranging rides, doing shopping, tracking their calendars, getting help for in-home basic maintenance issues, through voice calls only. It assists caregivers in performing multiple types of check-ins with their loved one. The right candidate will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world business needs.

Requirements

Key technologies:  

·      Experience working with containerized AI workloads on AWS.

·      Key components: Cursor, Open AI, Twillio, 11 Labs, gpt-4.0-mini. S3, Amazon Connect and KVS (voice), Swagger, Open AI tools.

·      Database: Postgres.

·      Ticket management system: Linear.

·      Programming languages: Proficiency in TypeScript/J
