Syntiant Corp., a leader in the high-growth AI software and semiconductor solutions space, is looking for an experienced and talented Engineer II, Machine Learning to take on a critical role with expansive responsibilities in the Machine Learning team.

The Engineer II, Machine Learning will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art audio and vision models to be deployed on edge devices. We are looking for candidates at the cutting edge of Machine Learning technology that can translate research into accurate and robust solutions.

Requirements

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop Core ML tools and infrastructure to run ML models trained on PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras on Syntiant Neural Decision Processors.
• Stay up to date with the latest research by reviewing academic papers in the field.
• Implement prototypes to test and validate new approaches quickly.
• Deliver production-ready solutions within tight timeframes.
• Collaborate with Modeling team and Embedded Software team to run models efficiently in Syntiant Chips.
• Root cause and fix issues reported in the field.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required:

• MS in Computer Science/Engineering, Machine Learning or related field.
