T1 Energy is looking to hire a Director, Accounting to lead financial reporting and general accounting operations across corporate and segment-level activities. You'll ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting is accurate, timely, well-documented, and aligned with U.S. GAAP and internal standards.

This is not just a close manager role; it's a leadership position responsible for strengthening controls, standardizing processes, improving efficiency, and building a high-performing accounting team that can scale with the business.
