The Role

T1 Energy is looking to hire an Emergency Dispatch Operator who will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and responding to security-related activities within a manufacturing facility. This role functions similarly to emergency dispatch (EMS/911), serving as the central communication hub for security personnel, safety teams, and facility operations. The dispatcher ensures rapid response to incidents, maintains situational awareness, and supports the safety and security of personnel, property, and production processes.
