**Only Shift Available - 6PM to 6AM with 10% differential**
The Role
T1 Energy is looking for an Equipment Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of our high-volume automated solar production lines. You will work on the front lines of our 5GW facility, performing preventative maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on advanced robotics and manufacturing systems to minimize downtime. Collaborating with Engineering and Operations, you will ensure our equipment runs at peak performance. This is an ideal entry-level technical role for a hands-on problem solver eager to build a career in advanced American manufacturing.
