T1 Energy is looking to hire a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our G2 solar cell fab in Rockdale, Texas. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has been on the floor, run a line at scale, and knows exactly what it takes to drive output, quality, and efficiency in a high-volume cell fab environment.
You've done this before. You've managed shifts, hit targets, and built teams that hold the line when production gets hard. Now you're ready to help us do it at a scale that matters for American energy.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end production operations for the G2 solar cell fab, driving throughput, yield, and OEE across all lines.
