The Role

T1 Energy is looking to hire a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager who is responsible for leading equipment reliability and maintenance operations within a high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing environment supporting more than 1500 pieces of production equipment and more than 100 employees. This role ensures maximum uptime, operational stability, and long-term asset performance while aligning with plant safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

This position requires a strong leader capable of building and developing high-performing teams across multiple shifts. The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager will drive reliability strategy, structured maintenance systems, CMMS optimization, workforce planning, safety compliance (including LOTO governance), budget c
