The Role

T1 Energy is looking to hire a Corporate Paralegal to provide hands-on support for a wide range of corporate agreements and matters across the business, including sales and customer contracts as well as procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and operational contracts. You'll help legal and commercial teams move fast by keeping contracts and matters organized, accurate, and moving through review, execution, and resolution.

You'll work closely with our legal and business teams to prepare and manage agreements, support contracting processes and diligence, maintain scalable contract processes, refine templates and playbooks, and create clarity around legal intake, approvals, signatures, and contract records.
