Production Supervisor

The Role

T1 Energy is looking to hire a Production Supervisor who is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, safety objectives, and operational efficiency goals. This role oversees production scheduling, workforce coordination, equipment utilization, material planning, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Production Supervisor works closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and HSE to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
