Ad Operation Specialist

As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Taboola's advertising business by ensuring the seamless execution, monitoring, and delivery of digital video advertising campaigns. Working closely with Enterprise Account Managers, agencies, and cross-functional teams, you will help drive campaign success by proactively monitoring campaign delivery, identifying issues, preparing operational reports, and ensuring operational excellence across a high-volume portfolio.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a customer-first approach. You will collaborate with Product, Support, R&D, and Business teams to resolve campaign-related challenges while becoming a trusted expert in Taboola's advertising platforms and operational workflows.
