As a Business Applications Team Lead on the Information Systems team in our Tel Aviv office, you'll play a vital role in leading and transforming Taboola's global Go-To-Market business applications ecosystem. You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our core GTM platforms—including Salesforce, and modern sales tools—while driving the adoption of GenAI-powered workflows that reshape how Sales, and Professional Services teams operate. You'll lead a high-performing global team and partner with senior business stakeholders to build scalable, intelligent, and business-critical solutions.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience leading teams in a Business Applications, Salesforce, or GTM Systems environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud), including implementation, configuration, and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of modern sales tools (such as Clay, Similarweb, Gong, DealHub, or similar platforms).
• Deep understanding of GTM business processes, including lead-to-cash, pipeline management, customer success, and marketing automation.
