Purpose of this role : 

• Oversee the timely, efficient, and effective operations of delivery drivers
• Manage drivers and delivery systems to optimize performance and reporting
• Ensure smooth communication and information flow related to parcel loading, delivery, and system issues
• Ensure adequate staffing and efficient deployment for daily operations
• Uphold operational standards, resolve delivery queries, and manage returned goods
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies
