Finance Administrator (Maternity Cover)

The position reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer invoices and credit notes daily
• Uploading customer payments via Internal systems daily
• Creating and managing the accuracy of customer accounts via Internal systems
• Management of customer accounts and relationships for timeous collection of Accounts Receivable balances
• Assisting with inter-company and inter-department queries and processing inter-company recharges for vouchers.
• Reconciliations: reconciling Accounts receivable Aging on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and money received is accurately allocated to the accounts receivable led
