Purpose of the role:

The role incumbent is responsible for partnering, coaching and supporting line managers and staff on the full range of HR/ People related functions“ including performance management, talent acquisition, job evaluation, remuneration and benefits, induction, learning and development, employee wellness, organisational design, employee relations ensuring consistency with relevant legislation and the company HR policy and procedure.
