Delta V Management, LLC., part of The Heart Brands, is a full-service management organization providing services including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Vehicle Dispatching, Appointment Verification, Fleet Management, Content Development and Production, and more. Delta V Management currently provides day-to-day management and operational support to ReliaRide Medical Transportation, a family-oriented nonprofit organization founded in 2007. ReliaRide specializes in providing non-emergency transportation services to elderly individuals, individuals with disabilities, and others needing transportation to medical, non-medical, and other essential appointments.
This position will be employed by Delta V Management and will support Delta V Management, ReliaRide, and other affiliated businesses and entities as applicable. As The Heart Brands and Delta V Management continue to grow, the scope of this position may expand to support additional businesses and organizations managed by Delta V, creating opportunities for continued professional growth and expanded responsibility.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy, people-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter who embodies our brands, missions, and values. This full-time, on-site position will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and candidate screening to interviewing, networking, community outreach, and developing creative strategies to attract great talent.
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will represent Delta V Management, The Heart Brands, ReliaRide, and the organizations we support with professionalism, authenticity, and a genuine commitment to service. Job Performance Targets
- Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, Professional associations, Industry groups, Networking events, Career fairs, Social media platforms, Community organizations, Local colleges and universities
- Research new talent pools and recruiting channels.
- Proactively engage passive candidates.
- Adjust recruiting strategies based on hiring needs, labor market conditions, and applicant flow.
- Collaborate with the Media Team to promote employment opportunities and employer branding initiatives on social media.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across the organization and affiliated entities.
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
- Lead first-round interviews to evaluate candidate experience and qualifications, communication skills, organizational fit, and career goals and motivations.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring teams and leadership.
- Maintain detailed candidate notes and interview feedback.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling with hiring teams and leadership.
- Provide candidate feedback, market insights, and souring recommendations to direct supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and up to date candidate records and recruiting metrics.
- Gather and communicate candidate compensation expectations and labor market trends to ensure consistency with fair labor market values, providing feedback to leadership regarding competitive pay ranges, talent availability, and recruiting challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring procedures, and applicable employment laws.
- Networking & Community Engagement
- Research, identify, and recommend recruiting events, job fairs, conferences, networking groups, workforce development initiatives, and community engagement opportunities
- Attend and represent the organization at recruiting events and networking functions
- Build and develop relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, industry groups, and workforce development groups to expand talent pipelines.
- Serve as an ambassador for the organization by promoting its mission, culture, and employment opportunities.
- Employer Branding
- Promote the company's culture and opportunities both online and in person.
- Help create recruiting campaigns and outreach initiatives. Develop relationships that strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgement.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience while protecting organizational interests.

- Experience or willingness to learn applicant tracking systems.
- Understanding employment related compliance requirements for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices.
