Job Description
Role overview
Lightstone is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused young person to join the Customer Support team through the YES Programme.
This opportunity is designed to provide practical workplace experience and exposure to customer service, technology and Lightstone's products and solutions. The successful candidate will receive training and support and is not expected to have prior knowledge of Lightstone systems or products.
The learner will assist customers with general queries, learn how to provide product and technical support, and develop practical customer service and workplace skills.
Requirements
YES Programme Eligibility
- Currently unemployed
- Youth who meets the applicable YES Programme eligibility requirements
- Must not have participated in the YES Programme previously
- Available to participate for the full programme period
- Able to work from the Centurion office as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric
- An IT, Communication, Customer Service or related qualification would be advantageous, but not compulsory
- No previous formal work experience required
