The pace is fast and the stakes are high, deals can reach seven and eight figures and close in remarkably short windows, and clients include frontier and emerging AI labs, application-layer AI companies, and large enterprises building their own models.

The Opportunity

As an Engagement Manager, you will act much like the partner at a consulting firm, going out to acquire new accounts and carrying real commercial responsibility while the delivery is handled by the broader team. You will work with research teams at AI labs, fast-moving newer labs flush with capital, and Fortune-scale enterprises, often selling to senior technical leaders and the C-suite. This is a chance to plant the flag on how the company penetrates and expands its most important accounts, with the opportunity to close career-defining deals.
