Compensation: $190,000–$215,000 base salary + meaningful early-stage equity (target total compensation up to ~$250K–$260K)

Their platform automates one of the most difficult problems in enterprise software adoption—moving and transforming data across CRMs, ERPs, and other systems of record—allowing customers to onboard in hours instead of weeks.
The company has experienced exceptional growth, increasing revenue nearly 4x in the first half of the year, and is now scaling both its engineering and go-to-market teams. Their product sits at the intersection of AI, data infrastructure, and workflow automation, solving technically challenging problems for a growing customer base.
The Opportunity
Our partner is hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers to help build the next generation of their product. This is a backend-heavy product engineering role focused on developing customer-facing features, building scalable data movement systems, and solving complex engineering problems
