Senior Manager, Onboarding & Growth
Talkiatry is growing fast, and the systems that bring new clinicians into the practice have to grow with us. Our Clinical Operations team owns the operating model that helps each clinician move from hire to day-one readiness, build a sustainable caseload, and succeed through the early ramp period.
As Senior Manager, Clinician Onboarding and Success, you'll lead the day-to-day operations and ongoing redesign of that journey. You'll improve how we predict readiness and performance, identify risk early, coordinate targeted interventions, and build repeatable mechanisms that ensure clinicians are successful.
The role connects clinician supply, patient demand, and operational execution. You'll partner across Clinical, Operations, Data, Product, Engineering, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing to remove blockers before they affect a clinician's performance and to recover performance quickly when a clinician falls off track.
This is a hands-on role for an analytical operator who knows how to improve workflows with data, AI, automation, and practical tooling. You do not need to be an engineer. You do need to translate operational problems into clear requirements, build and test lightweight solutions, and work with technical partners when deeper product or data capabilities are required.
