ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for the engineering health of Talon.One’s Product Engineering teams. This domain consists of ~13 cross-functional squads with dozens of engineers, Architects, Engineering Managers, and Sr EMs. You will be required to oversee and mature the general operations of these teams and individuals, drive engineering innovation, jump into firefighting when necessary, set year-long goals in collaboration with Product Leadership, and make success measurable across all levels of your domain.
