ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Developer Experience (DevX) team supports customers integrating and using our platform. The team is responsible for the product docs, developer docs, in-product UX copy, and the technical infrastructure behind the docs platform. Our primary audience spans two groups: business users operating the product and backend engineers integrating our APIs.
Your primary mission is to contribute to and help maintain our end-user and developer documentation, API references, and UX copy. You will write new content to keep pace with the product's evolution and optimize existing content to make it more readable and maintainable.
