We are looking for a Project Lead to join our Implementation team in the Netherlands. You will own the successful deployment of Tandem in large organisations, from planning through go-live and adoption.

This is a hands-on role with real autonomy. You will coordinate clinicians, hospital leadership, IT teams and colleagues across Tandem to make complex deployments happen. You will own the outcome, while having significant freedom in how you get there.

Because we are scaling quickly, you will also help shape how we implement Tandem. We don't have every process figured out yet, and we want someone who enjoys creating structure, solving problems and making things work better.
