Senior People Operations Manager
About the role:
Taptap Send is looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to join our People team in a high-impact individual contributor role. We're looking for a hands-on operator who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, leading employee relations, enabling expansion into new markets, and building scalable people processes that support our global growth.
You'll own work from strategy through execution, whether that's establishing employment infrastructure in a new country, navigating sensitive employee matters, or improving and automating core People Operations processes. This is an opportunity for someone who combines operational excellence with a continuous improvement mindset and wants to have a tangible impact on how our people function scales internationally.
What you’ll do:
Own the employee relations function, including sensitive cases, performance processes, and investigations, working closely with Legal
Lead the set-up of employment in new jurisdictions; from entity and payroll establishment to contracts, benefits, and local compliance; so TTS can hire cleanly in new markets
Automate and run core People Ops processes, building payroll into a streamlined, automated operatio
