What You’ll Do
As Country Manager, you are fully accountable for driving tarte’s commercial success across Iberia. You will:
- Own and accelerate territory sales performance and brand ranking
- Lead, coach, and inspire SES (Sales & Education Specialists) and SET (Sales & Event tarteists™)
- Drive strategic event planning with full P&L responsibility
- Manage and optimize budgets (SET & T&E) with disciplined forecasting and tracking
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top retail talent
- Build strong partnerships with retail stakeholders at store, district, and regional levels
