Requirements:
- Education: At least 2 years in college (No back subjects).
- Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of BPO Team Lead or Assistant Manager experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality monitoring, feedback, reporting, and other QC deliverables are completed on time.
- Support the implementation of Quality Excellence initiatives in coordination with Operations and Migration teams.
- Prepare accurate and timely quality and SLA performance reports.
- Conduct calibration and Gage R&R sessions with internal teams and clients.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, QSD, and audit requirements.
- Work with Operations to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements.
