Work Set-up: Full Onsite
Work Location: BGC, Taguig
Start Date: ASAP
The Collection Strategy and Analytics Analyst will support the Collections organization through data-driven strategy development, performance analysis, testing, and optimization.
The role will work closely with Collections Operations to identify opportunities, evaluate collection strategies, and provide actionable insights that can improve recovery and overall Collections performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required
- At least 2 years of experience in: Collections, Risk Management, Collections Analytics, Business/Data Analytics or a related analytical role
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and able to accommodate changing business requirements.
Technical Requirements
Experience with one or more of the following:
- SQL – required
- Python
- Statistical/data-analysis tools
