Product Data Specialist (Hybrid)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Data Specialist to manage and maintain large volumes of product and SKU data. The ideal candidate has experience working with product catalogs, vendor/manufacturer websites, and raw product data, with strong skills in data validation, cleanup, and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and research product information from manufacturer and vendor websites.
• Convert raw vendor data into structured product templates.
• Validate, clean, consolidate, and update large product datasets.
• Identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent product information.
• Organize product attributes, specifications, categories, and descriptions.
• Maintain accurate product data using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Support e-commerce product catalog management and data quality processes.

Requirements:

• Must have minimum of 2 years work experience Product Data Specialist
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Shopify experience — required.
• Must have experience in product data management, PIM, e-commerce, or catalog management.
• Experience working with large volumes of SKUs and repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.
