The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale our team across engineering, product, operations, and business functions, while partnering closely with our broader recruiting team on hiring across the organization. You’ll own full-cycle hiring for a range of functions, and help build teams as Tavus continues to grow.

This is a high-impact role that will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand and anticipate evolving talent needs, shape hiring plans, and bring exceptional people to our team.
