ABOUT THE ROLE
The Collections Specialist plays a key role in supporting client satisfaction and financial success by managing payment collections and resolving billing issues. This position involves communicating with clients, lenders, and internal teams to collect outstanding payments, ensure early intervention on delinquent accounts, and provide timely case updates to clients.
Ideal candidates are proactive, professional, and solutions-driven with strong communication skills and customer service experience.
