ABOUT THE ROLE
The Tax Preparation Account Manager plays a vital role in guiding clients through the tax preparation and resolution process. This individual is responsible for gathering and reviewing all required documentation—including income records, tax notices, and financial disclosures—to ensure accurate and timely case submission. They will manage a dedicated caseload, proactively drive each file forward, and maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates, request missing information, and acknowledge key milestones.
