Production Team Member (Afternoons 3 PM to 11:30PM)

Tayco is currently looking for 2 full time and ambitious Production Team Member to join our dynamic team and help us reach a new vision. The team member will play an important role across multiple areas of the Production Team, helping to ensure we consistently produce high-quality products that meet our customers’ needs.

The successful candidate may be required to work from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. while undergoing training; upon successful completion of training, their core working hours will transition to 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Flexibly performs all jobs as designated by Tayco which may include, but is not limited to:
• Panel Upholstery
• Panel Assembly, both Switch and Cosmo Products
• Metal Machine Operation
• Wood Product Assembly
• Prep & Packaging
• Shipping
• Wood Machine Operation
• Packaging – Order Optimization
• Material Consolidation
• Seating Sewing & Assembly
• Paint Line Loading
• Follow all production procedures as instructed.
• Understand and review the product through specified production process, recognizing areas of defect and taking appropriate actions to rectify them.
• Perform all work to Tayco standards and ensure final product meets quality standards.
