Director of Alumni Leadership, Asia Pacific
Position Summary
To advance Teach For All’s 25-year vision , we are seeking a Director of Alumni Leadership to catalyze the collective impact of our alumni network across Asia Pacific. This role will lead our efforts to strengthen alumni leadership and build a more connected and influential alumni movement across Asia Pacific, transforming the systems that shape the lives and learning outcomes of children in underserved communities.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy and initiative to drive results, leveraging a collaborative approach to consult with network partners and build the resources necessary to strengthen the region’s alumni leadership pipeline.
The ideal candidate is a strategic movement-builder who balances a high-level vision for systems change with the practical ability to mobilize people. You are someone who sees the immense potential of our alumni and possesses the natural ability to connect leaders across borders, turning individual leaders into a unified regional movement.
