At Teads, we believe your impact travels further. We are a borderless team of 1,700+ innovators across 30+ countries who favor outcome over tenure, value trusted autonomy, and use predictive AI to amplify human ingenuity rather than replace it. What will you do?

  • Support client-facing discussions around the Teads Data Suite, including targeting capabilities, and strategic consultations
  • Coordinate end-to-end research project processes – from pre-campaign project scoping & feasibility assessment, to project execution, to post-campaign analysis & client deliverable
  • Become an expert user and advocate for Teads’ proprietary data and insights tools
  • Support the day-to-day data needs of the Teads sales team, including responding to RFPs and participating in client QBRs
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, data, and insights team members on research initiatives
  • Assist in campaign optimizations for best results based on research insights
  • Advise on targeting strategy & research study implementation related questions
  • Proactively stay up to date with new vendors and industry trends

What will you bring to the team?

  • 2-4 years of experience in a data operations or ad measurement role at a leading advertiser, publisher, media agency or research provider
  • Experience working with third-party providers to both onboard and offboard data - for example, Experian, Liveramp, Neustar, Nielsen, comScore, Circana
  • Deep knowledge of the digital advertising industry – specifically related to audience targeting and ad effectiveness research
  • Data driven mindset: A number has a specific meaning to this person
  • Ability to understand technical & functional details about data (e.g: how a cookie-sync works concretely), and abstract this information into strategic/high-level marketing thoughts & discussions
  • Understanding of research and testing methodologies
  • Previous success managing multiple projects and deliverables
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills focused on delivering actionable insights and recommendations
  • Passion for data storytelling
  • High standards of client service with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with leading conference calls/in-person meetings and working in a client facing role
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Degree in related field

Bonus points

  • Understanding of identity resolution and data matching techniques, solutions and providers
  • Knowledge of the nuances of omnichannel data & measurement
  • Experience managing campaign effectiveness solutions, including creative testing, attention, incremental reach, brand lift, foot traffic and closed-loop measurement

The pay range for this position is USD $80,000 to $90,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
