As a Producer at teamLFG, you will support a new team as it works from preproduction through ship and into live support. Production is a soft-power role that leads through relationship-building, trust, and influence. Producers should leave no doubt about the plan of record, root out misalignment among team members (even those who think they are aligned), and ensure that their teams' plans are broadly understood and aligned with overall project direction. Producers work hand-in-hand with their Product Owner partners, staying in lockstep on major initiatives, and being transparent with each other about risks and challenges.
In collaboration with the Production Lead, you will ensure we meet and exceed our production standards and best practices for your areas of ownership, proactively identifying potential problems and addressing them before they occur. You will collaborate with team leads to establish production
