I'm Jack Halley, Senior Manager of Product Success at Teamworks. Our Product Success team partners with elite sporting organisations across the APAC region — Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India and beyond — on our performance products: AMS, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition. We're looking for a Product Success Manager to own our APAC book on a full-time, fixed-term basis, from start date through to the end of August 2027, keeping some of the best sporting organisations in the world set up for success. Employment will end on that date, in line with the terms of the contract and applicable Australian employment law.

This is a consulting role at heart. The best PSMs don't just answer tickets, they bring deep product knowledge and a real understanding of the high-performance landscape to every conversation, showing clients where our products fit and how they keep delivering value season after season.

The Role

• Own technical account management for a book of APAC performance product partners across AMS, S&C, and early Nutrition beta customers, with a primary focus on AMS

• Lead new client implementations end-to-end, from configuration
