About the Role
Tebi is entering its scale-up phase of growth: opening new entities, launching new (financial) products and growing fast. Our Finance team is looking for a new member who will enable our growth, build processes and structure to take us further, and contribute towards a successful first-year audit in 2027.
You will play a key role in our financial close and reporting, help lay the groundwork for the control framework, and support new entities as we open them. We’re looking for someone who thrives in an unstructured environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and is passionate about automation to make finance run smarter.
