Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Building Manager to take day-to-day ownership of building operations across at least two Techspace sites in London. You will be the primary decision-maker for everything happening on the ground: maintenance, compliance, contractors, and the day-to-day member experience, working closely with your on-site team and reporting into the Area Manager.
Hospitality is at the heart of what we do, and while this is an operational role, it's a hands-on one: you'll be visible across your sites, first point of contact when something needs solving, and closely involved in the inspections, compliance, and supplier relationships that keep our buildings running well. An exceptional Building Manager holds both the operational detail and the bigger picture at once, managing contractors, budgets, and safety without losing sight of the member experience those things exist to protect. You'll be given real ownership of your sites, alongside the accountability that comes with it.
