Your mission

Description  
For our London locations we are looking for a full time Events Operations Associate. Hospitality is at the heart of what we do and the ideal candidate will be proactive and thinking ahead to make sure clients’ needs are met without them having to ask. A willingness to go the extra mile and get your hands dirty to deliver an incredible event product is essential for this role. This hands-on role requires you to partner a can-do attitude with brilliant attention to detail and time management skills to consistently meet deadlines and deliver a high-quality experience to everyone who comes to our London event spaces. You'll work closely with the Events Sales Associate, taking a clear, complete brief and turning it into a flawless experience on the day. You'll also step in to support enquiry management during quieter operational periods, ensuring the pipeline never stalls. 
 
An exceptional Events Operations Associate has the ability to manage the expectations and demands of multiple organisers, vendors and team members simultaneously, so strong communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal and listening) combined with a natural sense of empathy are a must. A customer service background may help with this, and close attention to detail is what separates a good event from a great one. The right attitude and passion for Events is far more important than experience in this entry level position. Yo
